Jason Bollinger

Hi, I’m Jason Bollinger. I worked in my family’s restaurant throughout high school and college. When I graduated from business school, I joined the management team at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, which owns 129 restaurants in 9 states and offers over 40 different cuisines. In my 15-year career at Lettuce Entertain You, I rotated through the planning, finance, startup and operations groups and coached and mentored over 20 restaurants from startup to success. Now as an independent restaurant consultant, I bring all of that expertise and industry knowledge to small and midsized restaurants and restaurant groups in the United States and around the world.
